Not as intimidating as it looks
I swore off of birth control pills years ago and didn't want an IUD. I didn't consider a diaphragm or cap much until I heard about contragel and once I learned I didn't need an appointment to get one I figured why not give it a try? I was really excited for this to come onto Canada's market but I have to admit I was a bit freaked out by the pictures of it and the size. Looks like it would be uncomfortable or pinch or something horrible. Turns out it is super soft and bendable which makes it really easy to use. Seems to fit well. Stays put but easy to remove. I'm givin 'er a 5.
