Shipping & Returns




Shipping prices within Canada are calculated upon checkout and are sent through the customer's choice of Canada Post or FedEx. To keep prices of our products reasonable, free shipping is not available at this time.Most orders will be shipped within the next 2 business days, but often earlier. 

Please ensure you have provided us with correct shipping address. Doing so will help keep shipping costs reasonable for everyone. The Altie Store is not responsible for any incorrect addresses provided by the customer, and any costs incurred due to incorrect addresses will not be covered by The Altie Store. If there is a mistake in an address submitted, you may call or email with the correct information. Please note that packages will be marked abandoned if they are refused, not claimed, or if the customer has provided an incorrect address.

The Altie Store is not responsible for packages which have been returned by postal service due to customer failure to claim a package within the postal service's chosen time frame. Any costs arising from additional shipping thereafter is the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping rates for our US customers can be found at the point of checkout. We ship to the United States by postal service and FedEx, therefore the time estimates are approximate and cannot be guaranteed by Canada Post and FedEx, respectively.

International customers please note: though we do our very best to package and label our shipments carefully for easiest shipping possible, like any package, your order may be subject to customs inspection at your country's discretion. What happens to your package after customs intervention, such as longer shipment times, is also completely at their own discretion and out of our control.

Custom forms for international shipments are labelled carefully in a way to be clear to authorities while yet providing as much privacy as possible for our customers.




The Altie Store accepts most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer is responsible for the shipping of a regular return or exchange. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping cost. You must contact customer service before returning damaged/incorrect items. You should expect to receive your refund 1-5 business days from when we receive the item(s) you have sent back. In some cases, there may be added time for your bank to process the refund. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


*IMPORTANT! U.S. and International customers please note: If you are returning a shipment you must indicate the exact words "warranty/repair" on the customs paperwork, no variation, no exception. If this is not included, the package cannot be accepted in order for you to be refunded.
